2. Storuno User Requirements and Responsibilities

2.1 Age Requirement for Storuno

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Storuno services. By using Storuno, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Compliance with Laws When Using Storuno

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Storuno IPTV services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Storuno is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of our service in jurisdictions where IPTV services may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Storuno Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Storuno account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify Storuno of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use a strong and unique password for your Storuno account
• Not share your Storuno login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Keep your contact information (email, WhatsApp) up to date for Storuno communications

3. Storuno Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Storuno Subscription Options

Storuno offers various subscription options with different durations (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months) and device limits (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices). Storuno subscription details, including prices and features, are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change.

3.2 Storuno Pricing and Currency

All Storuno prices are displayed in US Dollars ($), inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change Storuno prices at any time, but such changes will not apply to existing paid subscriptions.

3.3 Storuno Payment Methods

Storuno accepts various payment methods including:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for Storuno subscriptions
• PayPal for Storuno payments
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) for Storuno subscriptions

4. Storuno Device Usage and Connection Limits

4.1 Storuno Simultaneous Connections

Each Storuno subscription allows a specific number of simultaneous connections as indicated at the time of purchase:

• 1 Device: 1 simultaneous connection with Storuno
• 2 Devices: 2 simultaneous connections with Storuno
• 3 Devices: 3 simultaneous connections with Storuno
• 4 Devices: 4 simultaneous connections with Storuno
• 5 Devices: 5 simultaneous connections with Storuno

4.2 Prohibited Sharing of Storuno Accounts

Sharing your Storuno account credentials beyond the purchased device limit is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing Storuno login credentials with friends, family, or third parties
• Commercial use or resale of Storuno access
• Publicly posting or distributing Storuno login credentials

5. Storuno Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Storuno services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities with Storuno include:

• Reselling or redistributing access to Storuno service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract Storuno source code
• Illegal activities including copyright infringement with Storuno
• Disrupting Storuno servers or networks
• Bypassing Storuno security measures

6. Storuno Service Availability and Technical Issues

Storuno strives for 99.9% service availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and server updates for Storuno
• Technical issues beyond Storuno's control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, power outages) affecting Storuno

7. Storuno Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Cancellation by User

You may stop using Storuno service at any time. Due to the digital nature of our service, Storuno does not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods, except as provided in our refund policy.

7.2 Termination by Storuno

Storuno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Reasons for termination include:

• Sharing Storuno accounts beyond the allowed device limit
• Reselling or redistributing Storuno access
• Attempted hacking or reverse engineering of Storuno
• Illegal use of Storuno service

8. Storuno Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through Storuno, including channel lists, EPG data, software, logos, and website design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Storuno content without permission
• Use Storuno trademarks or logos without written consent
• Create derivative works based on Storuno service

9. Storuno Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORUNO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM STORUNO SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

10. Storuno Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, USA regarding Storuno matters.
